The security organization in the building calls a taxi for a lessee upon request at the info-desk on the 17th floor and takes note of the vehicle registration plate to ensure that the occupants safely retrun home

A smoking area has been installed in the underground parking lot. Tenants may use the designated smoking space in the underground parking area.

A bicycle rack is available for those who ride a bicycle to visit the building. A CCTV nearby ensures that all the bicycles are safely monitored.
